We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather stakeholders requirements and determine what it should do and how it should work, in other words the functional (what it does) and the non-functional (how it works) requirements. Create a detailed business analysis & functional requirements outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Analyzing and gathering requirements and translating them into definition of the logic of the games, markets, odds, functional and non-functional specifications.
Providing consistent assistance and support to the development teams and suggesting recommendations and business solutions.
Responsible for understanding and formulating the business case and client needs.
Using epics, detailed user stories, to document functional specifications for product enhancements that meet stakeholder expectations.
Supporting the technical teams during the development and implementation process by providing clarifications and validate that the developments comply with the specifications given at the beginning of the project (or those that have been modified and notified during its development).
Lead the User Acceptance Testing effort to validate that what’s delivered to the users not only satisfies their requirements but also works in the environment it’s designed for.
Compiling procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Collaborating with stakeholders in analyzing business and tender requirements to supply implementation consultancy and participate in RFP processes.
Supervise and follow a formal requirement management process by performing requirement planning, developing, verification & obtaining formal approval from stakeholders.
Have strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements as well as forecasting, and understanding of key performance indicators for leading the compliance processes.
Have proven business analysis skills.
3 to 5 years’ experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
Good knowledge of the world of sports betting (customers and competitors) and of sports statistics.
Good knowledge of the logic of a player's behavior, specially, of the Casino universe.
A relevant academic degree, preferably technology related.
Effective communicator to facilitate decision-making, issue resolution and establish consensus with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong time management and prioritization skills with an established track record of meeting commitments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing skills.
Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
Business case development.
Analytical capacity and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate and understand the reality of his/her interlocutor.
Pro-active and customer-oriented.
Experience as Software developer, is considered an asset.
Multi-tasking between various product requests.
